Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes or customs clearance fees in the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping charges unless explicitly stated at checkout.

The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country or delivery provider.

DND Club is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for charges imposed by customs authorities or delivery providers.

 

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below and any applicable statutory consumer rights.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• All original tags and accessories must be included.

• The item must be adequately packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.

International Returns

For international change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to the UK.

Any customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees paid by the customer when receiving the order are not refundable by DND Club.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an international order. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned item reaches us safely.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us before returning it.

Where the issue is our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate remedy and, where applicable, cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
